Exploring the connections between mystical traditions, spiritual ideas, natural patterns, and human-made structures, Sacred Systems brings together artists whose work reflects on the visible and invisible forces that shape our experience of reality. The exhibition runs from June 19 through July 15, 2026.
About The Threshold Within

Created for Sacred Systems, The Threshold Within explores the idea that transformation begins not in distant places, but within the structures that shape our perception of reality.
Through mystical symbols, cosmic imagery, and archetypal forms, the painting invites viewers to look beyond identity and explore the hidden dimensions of the self. At its center, a masked figure represents the frameworks through which we experience the world, while a cosmic opening reveals an inner universe waiting to be discovered.
The surrounding symbols suggest the invisible patterns that connect the cosmic, the natural, and the human, reminding us that every journey outward is also a journey inward. The threshold is neither a place nor a door, but a moment of recognition, the realization that the universe we seek to explore has always existed within.
The work continues themes that often appear throughout my paintings, where symbols become gateways to reflection, self-discovery, and transformation.
